If your Rad Golf device is defective, malfunctions or encounters issues such as not finding courses, not turning on, or shutting down unexpectedly, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at (480) 903-8405. We will try to help fix any issues you may have. Once we determine it is indeed a defective unit then you can send it back to us for a replacement. Please send the defective unit to the following address:

Upon receiving the defective unit, we will replace it with a new one. Ensure that the device is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transportation. You may use any suitable packing if the original packaging is not available. After we receive the defective unit, a new device will be sent to you.
