First, try disabling Bluetooth on your phone then enabling it again. If that doesn’t work, try following these steps to reset the connection:
1. Power off your Lazer and go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
2. Press the “i” icon (iOS) or the gear icon (Android) beside “Rad Lazer” on the list and select “forget this device” (iOS) or "forget" (Android).
3. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and close the Rad app (make sure the app is closed in the background).
4. Power the Lazer on again and re-enable Bluetooth in your phone settings.
5. Open the Rad app, press “Device Menu” for the Lazer, then press “Pair Device”.
6. Wait for the Lazer to finish connecting to the app.
