If your Lazer Pro isn’t reconnecting to the app, try following these steps to reset the connection:
1. Power off your Lazer Pro and go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
2. Press the “i” icon (iOS) or the gear icon (Android) beside “Rad Lazer Pro” on the list and select “forget this device” (iOS) or "forget/unpair" (Android).
3. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and close the Rad app (make sure the app is closed in the background). For iOS, make sure you disable Bluetooth from settings and not the control center or it won’t fully disable Bluetooth.
4. Power the Lazer Pro on again and re-enable Bluetooth in your phone settings.
5. Open the Rad app, press “Device Menu” for the Lazer Pro, then press “Pair Device”.
6. Wait for the Lazer Pro to finish connecting to the app.
